Partnership strategy and execution
Let’s build partnerships where everyone is better off.
AI is collapsing the cost of execution and raising the value of trust. When execution is cheap, the question becomes who has your interests built into their strategy, and who you can rely on to keep delivering. That trust takes more to earn and longer to keep, and it is the only advantage that remains. I help you find and build the partnerships that grow your business, and run the programs that keep delivering.
Enterprise strategic partnerships delivering $25M+ a year, and two decades on both sides of the table.
Start where you are.
01Build
You see growth through partners, but nothing is in place yet
We work out which partners make sense, what each side gains, and how to get the first ones working. Sometimes the honest answer is: not yet.
02Run
You have partners, but nobody owns them consistently
I set the priorities, own the agreed relationships and coordinate sales, product and delivery, so signed partners become active ones.
03Grow
The program works, but you know you are missing out
We look at what works, where progress stalls, and whether to deepen the partners you have or add new ones. Attribution shows which is which.
Wherever you are, the work starts the same way: we agree the strategy, then run it together, each doing the part we are best at.
The partnership
A partnership is a business arrangement where everyone is better off: you, your partner, and the customer.
The partnerships that thrive have a compelling business reason to exist. Without a clear understanding of how the partnership creates value for everyone, you are investing in a partnership that is designed to fail. Successful partnerships all look alike: each side does the work it is best at, because its systems, knowledge and processes are built for it, and the customer gets more than either could deliver alone. So we define why everyone is better off, what each side gives and what each side gets, before the first deal. If one side of that page is empty, so is the partnership.
Bring what your business does best: the product, the service, the knowledge your systems and people are built around.
Brings what they do best and you do not: reach into a market, a product that completes yours, a capability, trust already earned.
Gets the whole from two who each did their part well.
Where AI comes in
We define. AI executes.
You have to know your business: what you sell, to whom, and what you want partnerships to contribute. That does not change. What changes is what you can do with it. A system that reads your CRM, contracts, support, sales signals and product usage sees what nobody has time to see, and turns it into specific recommendations for each partner.
Who they serve, what they sell, who they work with.
You choose who to approach.
Everything since the last conversation, an hour before the next.
You walk in knowing.
The recap, the commitments, the next step, drafted.
A person checks and sends.
A quiet partner, an ignored introduction, a renewal date.
You act in time.
CRM updates, sourced versus influenced, the monthly review.
You read the review instead of building it.
Every partner’s review, prepared from live data.
The meeting is about decisions.
What stays with people: the decision, the commitment, the relationship.

Why would a good partner choose you?
Commission is not why a partner signs. It is one line in a calculation the partner runs about its own customers, its time and its name.
A letter on how to build, run and grow partnerships.
Which partners to choose. What a partner actually wants from you. Who owns the program. Which chores a system should carry, and which decisions it never should.

How it starts
It starts with a review of where you are.
We look at how you grow, what your customers need, which partners could help, and what your team can support. You get a decision brief: which partnerships make sense, what each side gives and what each side gets, and where to start. If we go on, we run it together, with clear ownership, a regular rhythm, and AI on the chores.
